1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat), excluding holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

United States

  • Standard: 5–10 days / $4.99 (Free over $75)
  • Express: 2–3 days / $14.99

International

  • Canada: 7–15 days / $9.99
  • Europe: 10–20 days / $14.99
  • Asia-Pacific: 15–25 days / $19.99
  • Rest of World: 20–30 days / $24.99

4. Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number via email within 24–48 hours of shipment. Track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.

5. Delays & Customs

Customs clearance (international), carrier delays or weather, incorrect shipping address, peak seasons, or force majeure events.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT/GST. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and not included in the price or shipping cost.
We do not ship to countries under international sanctions. Contact us if unsure about your country.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

1 Check around: Neighbors, household members, porch, garage.
2 Contact carrier: Call with your tracking number.
3 Contact us within 7 days: We’ll help investigate.
4 Damaged package: Photos + 48-hour report to us.

7. Address Changes & Need Help

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot modify addresses after shipment. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses incur reshipping fees.
