You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for items purchased at Clisiconstore.
2. Eligibility

- In original packaging with tags
- With proof of purchase (Order ID)
- Free from misuse damage

- Gift cards
- Hygiene-sensitive items (seal broken)
3. How to Initiate a Return
1 Contact Us: Email support@clisiconstore.com within 30 days of delivery with your Order ID, reason, and photos (if defective).
2 Receive RMA: Return Merchandise Authorization with return address within 1–2 business days.
3 Ship the Item: Package securely and send to the address in your RMA. Use trackable shipping.
4 Refund Processing: Inspection takes 2–3 business days; refund issued within 7–14 business days.
