1. Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement. After 2 hours, your order enters our processing queue and cancellation is no longer possible. Contact us immediately if changes are needed.
2. How to Cancel Your Order
1 Contact Immediately: Email support@clisiconstore.com or call 5754050095 within 2 hours.
2 Subject Line: CANCEL ORDER #YOUR-ORDER-ID with name and reason.
3 Receive Confirmation: Within 30 minutes during business hours.
4 Refund Issued: Original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Customized Items
Personalized or engraved Watches & Smartwatches can only be cancelled within 2 hours of order placement. Once production begins, customized orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
4. Already Shipped?
If your order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please refer to our Return Policy to initiate a return after delivery.

6. Cancellations by Us
