Rights of Copyright Holders
Only the copyright owner or their authorized representative is permitted to submit a notice regarding copyright infringement.
How to File a DMCA Notice
Notices must be submitted in writing to ensure they are properly addressed to the designated contact.
Required Information
1. Identification of the copyrighted work.
2. Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material.
3. Contact information of the notifier, including name and email address.
4. A statement affirming a good faith belief that the use of the material is unauthorized.
5. A declaration made under penalty of perjury confirming the accuracy of the information provided.
6. The physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.
Counter-Notification Process
Individuals whose content has been removed may submit a counter-notice. This must include their signature, identification of the removed content, a statement of good faith, contact details, and acknowledgment of jurisdiction. The counter-notice will be reviewed upon receipt.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Madaraca LLC reserves the right to disable or terminate accounts of users identified as repeat infringers when appropriate.
